Pleasures are transient, honors are immortal.
Glad to see someone care about honor. These days it seems like its the last thing on peoples agendas. Great post.
I wish everyone (from the bottom, to the top) would memorize this post and then think about it before they speak. We would all be in a better place in life. Just think about it……. I really like this, may I steal it?

I think that honesty and integrity are more important.
The world is full of bad people who had honor. Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Gaius Caesar, and Attila the Hun all had honor.
People can attack your honor. Honor depends on the opinion of other human beings which can be flawed.
They can’t really attack your honesty and integrity because it’s what you are.
